From the founder Freddie Southwell’s first job, greeting customers at his local village tandoori restaurant over 20 yrs ago to his travels across the whole Asian continent. A self-educated chef with no boundaries to learn & graze the delights of Asian cuisine & culture. This is evident in beautifully crafted food inspired by his passion for spices, fresh quality produce.
